Your lawn and landscape business is important to you – very important. You have ideas, you have things you want to accomplish and you want to be as successful as possible.

For the longest time I had the hardest time calling myself a “coach”. I felt that a “consultant” sounded better and it would make it clear that I know what I am doing and people would want to work with me because of my super-important-sounding title.
But I am NOT a consultant. I do not like trying to run someone else’s business or try and tell them how to run their business.
I have discovered over time I am EXTREMELY effective at helping people solve their problems and keeping them on track to achieve their goals.
And since I have spent my entire life in the lawn and landscape industry, I have found it makes sense to work exclusively with people like yourself.

Brainstorm: I help my clients come up with new ideas and I also help them improve on ideas they have been playing around with. This could mean a new service, a new marketing approach and everything in between. I challenge my clients to think differently so they never get stuck in a rut.
Confidante: Our business is not easy and most people do not understand what we go through on a daily basis. Often times it is hard having discussions with others about your business. I know what you are going through because I go through the same things on a daily basis as well. I am the guy you can talk to without confusion or judgment.
Problem Solving: I have been where you are and I have experienced what you are dealing with. When problems arise with money, employees, customers or anything else in your business, I can help you arrive at a solution. It’s what I do best.
Goals & Accountability: If you do not have a roadmap, it won’t be easy getting to where you want to be in life and in business. I help my clients figure out what they want their business to be. I help them understand that business and life work hand in hand and it has to make sense and be attainable. Once the goals have been created, I make sure my clients follow through until they have achieved their goals.
Personal Attention: I never have you deal with someone else, not even my assistant. I am the one you will always speak with and work with and talk to – period. My clients have my personal cell phone number and can reach me any time.
Money: Let’s face it – if things are going well, good decisions are being made, goals are being met and bad decisions are being avoided, the end result is more money. My clients make more money because they know I understand that it is important.
