Depending on where your lawn care and landscaping business is located, I completely understand that there are several months where you are not very busy and the weather does not permit you to provide certain services.
However, that does not mean your business should go into hibernation.
Find other services that you can provide. Become a subcontractor for someone else.
Use your down time for planning, organization and system creation.
Do something that will benefit your business instead of sitting by waiting for the spring to appear.
